Describe your matter in detail

The "Scroll to top" and "Scroll to bottom" gestures do nothing on this website:
https://www.energie-experten.org/

Other gestures like "Back" work fine.

Fix scroll detection for inline body element (#646)

This also includes a correction to overflow checks. Since the computed value is checked it is sufficient to only check the y value. Additionally the shorthand overflow property can have two values, therefore the previous checks weren't even catching all cases correctly.
