Uploads By User on Dashboard Has No Data

Describe the bug

The "Uploads by User" section of the dashboard just shows a list of usernames, but has no associated data.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to Aurora
2. Scroll down in dashboard to "Uploads by User" section
3. See the list of usernames.

Expected behavior

This table should include transfer counts associated with each user

Error message or screenshots

Impact on your work

Not a huge impact, but without that data this table is a waste of space on the dashboard.

Additional context

It's worth considering if this table is even a useful thing to have on the dashboard. I would lean no, but it may be useful to talk to users to confirm that.

I've proposed removing this feature as part of issue #667 , so this may not be necessary.
