Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Fornax currently uses test directories. This is helpful when running tests in sandbox/shared deployment. These configs are unnecessary given our current development and deployment lifecycle.

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove directory setting from views and read variables directly from settings in routines.
