Integrated Genome Viewer

##The Course

This course introduces the use BROAD's Integrative Genome Viewer (IGV) to display genomics data.

The course consists of 1 section and should be undertaken alongside an installation of IGV

Course material and exercises are available to view as rendered HTML at http://mrccsc.github.io/IGV_course/.
All material is available to download under GPL v3 license.

The Team

This course was created and conducted by the MRC Clinical Sciences Centre Bioinformatics Team at Imperial College London, Hammersmith Hospital as part of the Genome Browser Course alongside Mark Dunning of CRUK, Cambridge Institute. For more information on the team see our github IO page.

Setting up.

Install IGV.

IGV can be installed from the BROAD website.
