[#63] Refer to GitHub issue... This update changes the following: - Remove conf.py in docs as it is unnecessary and is used from docs/source - Changed ci-build.yml to copy and paste both css files and js files. - Changed app/package.json to disable eslint when running react build to ignore errors from eslint version conflicts.
