Connecting VS Code to WSL removes tasks history

What happened?

Connecting to WSL removes the Roo task history.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open VS Code and start a task in Roo
2. Connect to WSL
3. See message "Cleaned up 1 task(s) with missing files from history."
4. Roo tasks history is empty

@mrubens the problem is that Roo wants to run in main container space, but other (sub?)containers are all sharing one history list (or task list) in COMMON with main but they CANNOT access ALL of the list (cause subcontainer only has access to tasks it generated itself I would guess) !! this use of two lists is causing the mayhem between containers... when subcontainer has no reference to task, then roo sub-container just winds up triggering a GLOBAL task deletion for what it cannot find (because it's got a chroot kind of limited view of filesystem).

Please get each subcontainer ONLY a view on its own history, and if you want to be fancy make a global view for the remote/top container (if that makes any sense)

Maybe different shadow git branches needed , one per container? Where is info about the shadow git... I could not find in source or docs.

Or please at least stop the auto-delete action! Just refraining from deletion will at least allow the data to sit out there until a wonder-fix happens.

@mrubens how about replacing the auto-delete with a simple "Task not found in this container" error, and let the user try to figure it out from there? Most devs can guess their way back from that kind of hint.
