Add a UI element for context condense operations

What problem does this proposed feature solve?

Currently condense operations from autoCondenseContext are not shown to the user, other than the context window progress bar shrinking. It would be nice to show a UI element similar to the checkpoint UI element in the task.

Describe the proposed solution in detail

The UI element for context condense operations could be kind of like the checkpoint UI element. When expanded, it could show the size of the context before and after the operation, and the summary message that was created. This would give users some visibility into how the feature is working.
