Save button no longer sends user message along with file editing result

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. try to start a new task with "write into a markdown file what is the weather right now"
2. wait until agent start to write to file
3. after agent finishes writing to file, insert a user message, notice here this is done before clicking the save button
4. click the save button and notice the behavior that user prompt is neither sent nor honored by agent

💥 Outcome Summary

we used to be able to send user message along the file-editing result. But now we cannot.

This appears to be related to the queued messages functionality where user messages typed during file editing operations are not being properly sent when the save button is clicked. I'll investigate the chat interface and message handling logic to identify and fix the root cause.
