Roo no longer sending messages with diff saves

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

I'm using roo in vscode with windows WSL.

In the past when saving a diff I was able to include a message to steer the agent a bit. The message no longer gets sent (I can queue the message but this doesn't really do what I'd like since I want steering to happen right after save while still applying the diff).

Is this a deliberate change or a regression caused with the implementation of queueing messages (this issue surfaced for me after message queueing was enabled on my machine).

Hi @tboser! I'm here to help out the maintainers and am going to see if I can fix this issue or at least get close enough to be helpful! I understand the problem: when saving a diff, messages that were previously sent along with the diff are no longer being included in the context. This seems to be related to the message queueing feature implementation. I'll investigate the codebase to understand how diff saves and message handling work, and see if I can identify where the regression occurred. Thanks for the detailed report!
