[BUG] Sonnet 4.5 Unknown Error: The provided model identifier is invalid.

With the latest version of Roo, I got this error when I try to use Sonnet 4.5
Unknown Error: The provided model identifier is invalid.

Seems like the mode ID should be "anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0"

Context (who is affected and when)

I see the model id from the selection box is "anthropic.claude-4.5-sonnet-v1:0" but the older versions has different naming convention.

Reproduction steps

1. Select AWS Bedrock
2. Select Sonnet 4.5 mode
3. Ask anything

Expected result

Sonnet 4.5 should work fine

Actual result

Unknown Error: The provided model identifier is invalid.

I'm exploring a potential fix for the AWS Bedrock Claude Sonnet 4.5 model identifier issue and will open a PR to share progress.

Tested the VSIX with the patch in a17a77e and it works

Opened PR #8372 with my attempt at addressing this issue. The fix updates the model identifier from anthropic.claude-4.5-sonnet-v1:0 to anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929-v1:0 to match AWS Bedrock's expected naming convention. All CI checks have passed. Feedback welcome!
