[ENHANCEMENT] Rename MCP Errors tab to Logs for mixed-level messages

Problem / Value

The tab labeled “Errors” in the MCP view shows mixed messages (errors, warnings, and info). This is misleading and can confuse users when the server is healthy but still logging informational messages.

Context

Affects anyone monitoring MCP server activity. The tab reflects recent server messages, not only failures.

Constraints/Preferences

• Rename the tab label to “Logs”.
• Update the empty state copy to something like “No logs yet”.
• Keep the existing count and behavior unchanged.

I've opened PR #8894 to address this issue. The implementation renames the "Errors" tab to "Logs" and updates the empty state message across all 20 translation files. All CI checks have passed successfully. Feedback welcome!
