I'm exploring a potential fix for this issue where switching providers after selecting a model causes a TypeError. I'll investigate the useSelectedModel hook and work on a solution.

I have opened PR #9049 to fix this issue: #9049

The fix adds optional chaining to router model accesses in the useSelectedModel hook to prevent the TypeError when switching providers. All CI checks have passed successfully.

The solution ensures that when users switch providers, the code safely handles cases where router models for the new provider haven't been loaded yet.
