feat: add a new property to get provider specific information about a model

feat: set the provider specific info for a model

fix: the reservedForOutput variable should be 20 percent if max tokens and context window are equal

fix: only use the 20 percent if maxTokens is equal to contextWindow or if maxTokens is not provided
