It turns out that the package libtest2-harness-perl is not available for Ubuntu. This is confusing to users. So Test2::Harness was removed altogether as it wasn't used anyways. Keeping the issue closed. |

The name ot the OS packages that provide Test2::Harness should be declared in bin/otobo.CheckModules.pl
