List::Util::XS is listed as a dependency but never used in OTOBO. Even if the module were loaded somewhere, then it would not make a difference. The module only indicates whether List::Util is implemented in C. This info is not very relevant because since Perl 5.11 it is assured that List::Util is implemented in XS.

Dependency is removed. Tests still looks fine. Closing the issue.
