OTOBO does not officially support Windows. Therefore no Windows specific Perl-Modules are needed. Therefore Kernel/cpan-lib can be cleaned up.
TODO:

  • identify the modules that can be removed, document them in this issue
  • remove the Modules
  • Remove skips in scripts/tests/Compile.t

This is not a bug. Implement it for 10.1.

  • URI/file/Win32.pm keep as it is part of URI
  • PDF/API2/Win32.pm keep as it part of PDF::API2
  • Font/TTF/Win32.pm keep as it part of Font::TTF which is required by PDF::API2

The impression that there are Windows specific distributions in Kernel/cpan-lib was wrong. Remove no modules. Closing the issue.
