In the Selenium tests there is a class of failures relating to selecting the Process. It might be a problem relating to the file ZZZAProcessManagement not being read in.
The relevant tests are marked as TODO in #682.

The test script scripts/test/Selenium/Output/NavBar/CustomerTicketProcess.t used to have tests for 'Create New Process Ticket' in the customer interface. Currently there is no such button. See #1002 for details. The 'Create New Process Ticket' have been marked as TODO for the issue #1002.
