This may be last gpu driver update for Exynos 9611, so let's implement it. Since the most up to date Exynos 9611 is Tab S6 Lite 2020 take GPU drivers from it.
Tested building r38p1 (a51) and r32p1 (other supported devices) driver. I tested on A51
