Tests: build completed successfully without issues, tested on A51. Should be tested on the other devices as well but since the are all 9611 there should not be any issues.
This update is from Tab S6 Lite 2020 which has the most up-to-date Samsung kernel so implement changes also on other 9611 devices, because may be the last update for scheduler too.
I'll try to update other Samsung specific components with other PR.
