Now that we are building with a nightly rustc which uses LLVM 12, we can upgrade the rest of the kernel build to LLVM 12. Signed-off-by: Sven Van Asbroeck <thesven73@gmail.com>

Since #288 was merged, we are using LLVM 12 internally in rustc.
Upgrade the LLVM used to build the rest of the kernel to version 12 as well.
