googleドライブにファイルを送る

サーバのメモリの関係でサーバ側で実行することが不可能！
その為分析は外部のサーバを別に用意して実行する必要がある
そこで一回Googleドライブにファイルを移動させる
・gp.py

AWS(S3)にデータを保存
