This doesn't seem to fix the problem for me as I already had postgresql installed |
Oh, this is unrelated to #164 though :) Just something I caught when trying to set up my local environment. |

Was running into installation issues when trying to install the dependencies for
pixl_ehr.Turns out I didn't have
postgresqlinstalled. So added it to the README.
