feature: additional options to disable exceptions/pragmas

Would it be possible to enhance the check settings to include a checkbox to disable the pragma? (bonus would be to display the pragma name in the options dialog)

like

[ ] Disable Pragma "#EC NON_CL_EXCEPT"

so you can disable exceptions for certain check variants.
