In the client support Angular folder: https://github.com/SAP/luigi/tree/master/client-frameworks-support/client-support-angular

The README file in the root folder is autogenerated and should be replaced by the proper README. Also, it seems that the files in the root folder also are not relevant, while all the actual content is in the projects/client-support-angular directory.

Update: the readme file would be addressed in: #2505

However, it's still not known what to do with duplicate files like package.json that exist in both folders.

Since the README.md is updated, the issue can be closed.
