[ui5-multi-combobox]: Value state is displayed simultaneously in a pop-up and as part of the suggestions list

Bug Description

Multi-combobox with value state, tokens and "n more" link - pressing the n-more link opens both the items list which have value state header and the value state popup message.

Expected Behaviour

Value state popup should not be opened when the suggestions list is opened.

1. Scroll to "Select all" sample
2. Open the items list and select all
3. Focus out from the combo-box
4. Click on the "n-more" link
5. Both items list and popup are opened
