Update ICARE (DARDAR) server

Currently the base url for ICARE points to ftp.icare.univ-lille1.fr (LOC).

ICARE sent the following email:

The migration of the ftp service to a new server and the switch to SFTP is scheduled for Monday, March 4.

The new service is open and available for testing with the alias:

sftp.icare.univ-lille.fr

and to log in:

sftp  username@sftp.icare.univ-lille.fr

From Monday 05/02 and until the definitive switch of the service to the new platform on 04/03 the sftp.icare.univ-lille.fr will be available for testing but the current operational service still remains ftp.icare.univ-lille1.fr

Authentication for the new ICARE sftp service will remain with the same login/password as on the current ftp service.
FTP will no longer be authorized on the new platform and only SFTP will be possible.

After the migration of the service on Monday March 4, the access to ftp.icare.univ-lille1.fr will be completely disabled.

The url (and maybe code) needs to be updated to work with the sftp server.
