v0.3.0 - Silence, New Selectors and Bugfixes

The tool is silent by default, and --verbose has to be used to show stages of compilation.

• Combiner has new regex and substring support
• Fix watcher throwing errors on change
• Fix combiner not cutting off ends when using between (the old begin-end selector)
• Fix --filter not working in folder-mode
