Problem Description

Currently, the default Environmental Surveillance User does not have the 'See personal data inside jurisdiction'. This is needed as the 'Location' section is currently not editable for the Environmental Surveillance User.

Proposed Change

Add the 'See personal data inside jurisdiction' to the default Environmental Surveillance User.

Added Value/Benefit

The user right is needed to use the environmental directory and forms as intended for the Environmental Surveillance User.

Acceptance Criteria

  • add the rights 'See personal data inside jurisdiction' for the default Environmental Surveillance User;
  • make sure that this is applied to all existing Environmental Surveillance Users that have the 'Linked Default User Role' of Environmental Surveillance User;
  • The change should lead to the Environmental Surveillance User being able to view the data (no longer displayed as greyed out and 'Confidential') in the 'Location' section of the environment page.

Verified ticket on the local machine using the latest version of SORMAS from the development branch - 1.87.0-SNAPSHOT(fea55da).
