"Failed - Forbidden" and "Quota exceeded" when downloading resnet18_features and resnet50_features

Hi Kyle,

Congratulations on winning 2nd place in the challenge!! Great work! I want to train and evaluate your model but I couldn't download the two feature files. The download of csv files went well. I have tried Chrome and Edge, on company and personal computers, and all have failed. It would pause in the middle, and then when I clicked "resume", it said "failed - forbidden". That is for resnet18. For resnet50, the error is "download quota exceeded". Do you know how I can fix this?

Thank you for your interest in our work!
That is a well-known issue of Google Drive. This occurs when there are too many users downloading the same set of files in a short amount of time. Could you try it again in a couple of days?

If the problem persists next week, please let me know. I'll request another Google Drive link and provide the new link to you.

Hi Kyle,

Thank you for your reply! Some posts suggested using the incognito window, and it worked for resnet18! It paused in the middle as well, but when I clicked "resume", it restarted and finished the download, unlike a regular window that would give a "forbidden error". So now I have something to start with. The quota of resnet50 wasn't exceeded when I tried with the regular window, but that failed, and then when I switched to the incognito window to download it again, the quota was already surpassed. I will let you know by the end of next week if I can get resnet50.

Hi Kyle,

In an incognito window ( I guess any window without a valid account signed in, like my work computer), the quota is always exceeded for resnet50; otherwise, the quota is not exceeded yet the download can't be finished in those signed-in windows, with "Failed - Network error" first and then "Failed - Forbidden" error after clicking "resume". It may be my network issue. Don't worry about it, I will figure this out or ask friends to try to download it. Thank you!
