Expanded SciML Test

Restored the hypothesis setting max_examples to its default value

Description

Removed the configuration that set max_examples to 1, so it will use its default value.

Motivation and Context

Originally the max_examples was set to 1 to save time during the testing pipelines. The pipeline should have more computational time now and this is no longer necessary.
