Description

The goal of this ticket is to remove the projects that are not part of OC deployments to keep the monorepo lean.

Remove the OC project auth-service
Remove the OC project user-service
Remove the OC project keycloak
Remove the OC project postgres used by Keycloak
Remove the OC project core-service
Create the new branch test-2-wo-keycloak in the config-server-repository
Remove the dependency of the backend services on OAuth2 and Keycloak
Update files like hostnames definitions and ports forwarded in the dev container definition
