Release all the Sage projects
The following commands will build and publish the artifacts of the
sage-projects with a semver tag. Currently only one project is included:sage-otel-collector. The current release workflow only supports building and releasing Docker images. This behavior will be extended to other types of packages such as Python and npm packages when needed.
