`blink.cmp` build fail on Arch Linux (latest `rustup` version for `rust-nightly`)

Bug Description

Compilation Fails

Even if I run cargo build --release manually, the compilation fails.

NOTE: I've updated my rustup nightly toolchain right before the included file
( nightly-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu unchanged - rustc 1.90.0-nightly (ba7e63b63 2025-07-29))

I'm not a Rust person either and I ran into this issue on FreeBSD, since I always build blink.cmp from source. For other non-Rust people who need a quick workaround, do the equivalent of this:

rustup install nightly-2025-07-27
cd ~/.rustup/toolchains
ln -s nightly-2025-07-27-x86_64-unknown-freebsd nightly-x86_64-unknown-freebsd

Obviously replace the target triple with your system's.

The "right" way is to pin the toolchain in the project's rust-toolchain.toml, but if you're not interested in forking the project or otherwise manually editing the file for whatever reason (in my case, it's installed by a separate package manager and I don't want to mess with it), then symlinking the toolchain as shown above will do the trick.

It should be obvious that this is a temporary hack.

What I did was just:

I'm using Arch so idk how that translatets to BSD.
