Hi,
due to special circumstances I need to have the OnFocus event implemented as a property on the MatButton component.

My suggestion would be something like this:
<MatButton OnFocus="() => ButtonFocused()" OnClick="() => ButtonClicked()">@Control.Text</MatButton>
