Settings broke, oh no

so, something was making people's chat not display, was caused by a Null where it shouldn't be, so uh... update :D
also new default config starts with emotes off, yeah, they're still broken

time for a release, i guess

updated to bsipa4 and beat saber 1.8.0

emotes are broken, idk if i want to try and fix them, in not so long brian will release the new one so wait until then 🤷‍♀️

if you have a EnhancedStreamChat.manifest file, delete it
