Feature Request - [/f owner #Chunks]

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is frustrating to have to go chunk to chunk by adding the f owner, or adding the names of the people you want in the f owner

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution I see is like the /f claim (Number of Chunks) exists and the /f owner can be (Number of chunks) For example: /f owner 4 (this causes the f owner to be activated in 4x4 chunks)

Describe alternatives you've considered
a /f owner (Name and number of chunks) would also be good example: /f owner Jhors 4 (This would be useful for 4 chunks to give that person permission and not going chunk for chunk by putting /f owner jhors, /f owner Jhors one by one

Additional context

See that map, a base with many claims and many pieces, but let's say that base is only for certain people (the most important of the faction) so we want to add those 4 people (besides me that I am the leader) so they can modify the terrain, build destroy etc, and that is done with / f owner Name, but I have to go chunk by chunk by putting that command to add that person to the permissions

I'll visit this request tonight, or later this week to see if I can't add it in. We've been focusing on creating a stable release build & not adding new features.
