I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
This PR fixes the failing GitHub Actions run by setting the
IO_SERVER_URL
environment variable in the GitHub Actions workflow. The error occurred during the execution of theprescription.sh
script, which is used to run the Synopsys Intelligent Security Scan. The script checks the value ofIO_SERVER_URL
and exits with an error if it is null. By setting the environment variable in the workflow, we ensure that the script has a valid value forIO_SERVER_URL
.Summary of Changes
