In the EMC portal, PI dagmorga@indiana.edu has a collection dagmorga@indiana.edu_01192022_1359. Which has a directory with multiple files (https://gateway.iubemcenter.indiana.edu/collections?parentResourceId=3c015460c3deab74eef80ec47966069dc9e663313a2a2ffb136222590c7ecc88)

When in this directory the portal stops responding. Cannot go back or go to a UI selected from the left navigation.

gh-79: Fix redundant fetches in resource list

This is fixed @eroma2014. If the issue is still experienced, it's because the resource list is fetched in one request so the larger the list becomes longer it takes and idler the browser would be. So, the next possible optimization is enabling pagination from the backend and frontend.
