The OBI homepage is http://obi-ontology.org/, so we should start work simply with the latest version on that site.
A good starting point is for us to understand the ontology through the use of Widoco (https://github.com/dgarijo/Widoco), which generates HTML documentation for ontologies in a somewhat standardize framework.
Also, we will work on ontologies in TTL format (https://www.w3.org/TeamSubmission/turtle/)
