This pull request changes the compat entry for the ModelingToolkit package from 9, 10.1 to 9, 10.1, 11.0 for package docs.

This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry. It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

This PR is redundant - PR #486 already bumped ModelingToolkit to 11.1, which was merged into master in commit 774f9ce.

However, I've discovered that the documentation build is currently broken on master due to breaking changes in Symbolics.jl with ModelingToolkit v11. The @example blocks in docs/src/symbolics.md are failing because substitute no longer evaluates interpolation function calls to numeric values.

I'm opening a separate issue to track fixing the documentation.

Closing this PR as superseded by #486.

I've opened issue #490 to track fixing the documentation build failures with ModelingToolkit v11.

Since PR #486 already merged the ModelingToolkit bump (to 11.1), this PR can be closed as redundant. The documentation issue affects master regardless of this PR.
