iris currently maps m01s00i023 to 'snowfall amount' in um_cf_map.py
However really this field describes snow on the surface, including snow under the canopy. The STASHmaster definition is SNOW AMOUNT OVER LAND AFT TSTP KG/M2. Therefore its CF complaint standard name should be "surface_snow_amount"
