Conflicted functions eliminated

Three functions were redundant with {slang}: as_quosure(), is_quosure() and is_bare_formula(). They are eliminated.

Package renamed flow -> svFlow + ._()

The package is renamed {svFlow} because there is now another package named {flow} on CRAN.
The ._() function allows to use the base R pipe in a similar way as %>.%
