Update Strawberry Perl to version 5.38.0.1. I have modified
autoupdateso that it picks up the new releases distributed via GitHub.Note that there is no 32bit version at the moment. I am not sure if there will be one in the future (see StrawberryPerl/Perl-Dist-Strawberry#96)
