I can't even install openvpn now. No popup, just an error ERROR An exception occurred when calling "Start" with "0" arguments: "The requested operation needs to be promoted." But last month I can install it with a popup. It seems powershell is upgraded (or scoop is updated, I'm not sure) and break something.
I can still install it silently in powershell but failed in scoop.
