Hotkeys (Shift+Alt+[ and Shift+Alt+]) and the context menu to launch diffs can be accessed from the top tabs and from the Cursor within the file. The left-side Explorer menu also exposes the context menu, but the hotkey does not work from this location.

Not currently possible until microsoft/vscode#3553 is fixed

Hotkeys will no longer show up on the explorer
context menu (except for the "open BC" hotkey
combination since that one works)

The menu will no longer display hotkeys as of v1.0.6, but leaving the bug open in case Microsoft fixes the VSCode issue
