confc - configuration cache, confd - configuration daemon, rconfc - redundant configuration cache.

For each confd rconfc creates confc which is populated with the information from its correspondent confd with its own version of the configuration (rt_verno). If the number of received configurations with the same version reaches quorum (number of configured confd services / 2 + 1) - rconfc has the actual configuration then and serves it to those who requested it.

confd has its own confc which is populated via confd.xc text file on m0d startup (specified via command line paramenter) or in run time via Spiel API. confd serves the last loaded configuration on requests from …
