First release of Point Counters

Technically the 3rd release. Adds:

• Reusable and collectable point counters of 8 different colours.
• Respective doors/gates.
• Sign commands (%pointnamex% and %pointsx%, ie %pointname3% will be Green, and %points3% will show how many green points you have)
• Easter eggs.

The attached level has several counter contraptions that you might find inspiring or interesting.
