What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR adds a set of golangci-lint linters to the executor package and fixes the errors they report.
I plan on doing the same for the operator, adding the
golangci-lintbinary to the core-builder image, and making the linting a step in CI.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
