What happened?
I have a browser with 2+ open windows (tabs).
When I execute
driver.getDevTools().createSession()
it connects to a wrong tab.See the code sample below.

Actually, we can easily pick the right
TargetID
by matching it withWebDriver.getWindowHandle()
