Installation guide tested in Ubuntu 16.04LTS:

1. Install RVM and JavaScript Runtime:

RVM

gpg --keyserver hkp://keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys 409B6B1796C275462A1703113804BB82D39DC0E3 7D2BAF1CF37B13E2069D6956105BD0E739499BDB

cd /tmp

curl -sSL https://get.rvm.io -o rvm.sh

cat /tmp/rvm.sh | bash -s stable --rails

source /home/sammy/.rvm/scripts/rvm

Javascript Runtime

cd /tmp

2. Install ruby and create gemset:

rvm install ruby-2.4.2

rvm gemset create epicov

rvm ruby-2.4.2@epicov

3. Install PostgreSQL 9.5.14

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install postgresql postgresql-contrib

4. Clone the repo and install dependencies

Place in epicov directory and run:

rvm use ruby-2.4.2@epicov

/bin/bash --login

rvm use 2.4.2

bundle install
